Capella’s transformative Working Title workshop will inspire you to reflect on your life journey through the lens of storytelling and shape the next chapter. Drawing from her award-winning filmmaking career, Capella illustrates that every life is a series of moments, just as film is a series of frames. If we pause to observe these frames, what stories do they tell? What themes emerge? Who are the characters that influence our narrative?
This experience provides opportunities for reflection, gratitude, understanding, and prospection as you foster authentic connections, celebrate unique journeys, and recognize achievements. You are invited to be the director, scriptwriter, and star of your life and cast your third act, the what’s next, with intention.
