Write the We
The stories we create become the lives we live.
My name is Capella, and I help people become more intentional about the stories they tell, live, and create with others.
We spend a lot of time thinking about the story of Me: who I am, what I believe, where I’ve been, and what comes next. That story matters. It shapes how we see the world, how we respond when life gets hard, and what we believe is possible. But none of us lives in isolation. Every conversation, relationship, team, and community is a story we are creating together.
That is where the Me becomes We.
When we understand the story we bring into a room, we can become more intentional about the one we create there. We listen differently. We respond with more empathy. We build trust. We create connection. And sometimes, it happens in the smallest moments: a question, a look, a laugh, a genuine thank-you, a few extra seconds of attention. Those moments matter.
They shape our relationships, our workplaces, our communities, and ultimately, our lives.
So the question becomes: What story are we co-authoring?

Connection
Connection is Always the Goal
Story is the pathway.

Capella is an award-winning film producer, coach, and organizational strategist who brings together storytelling, positive psychology, and organizational dynamics to help people connect more deeply with themselves and with one another.
Her work starts with a simple belief: the quality of our lives is shaped by the quality of our relationships.
Through story, we begin to understand the experiences that shape us, the assumptions we carry, and the ways we show up for others. That understanding creates room for more trust, empathy, honesty, and collaboration.
Whether she is working with an individual, a team, or an entire organization, Capella helps people move from Me to We—because the strongest relationships, teams, and cultures are built through connection.

INDIVIDUALS
Write the Me
Your story shapes how you see yourself, what you believe is possible, and the choices you make next.
Capella’s narrative-based, emotionally attuned approach helps you understand the story you’re carrying, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Whether you’re navigating a transition, questioning what comes next, or finally making space for something you’ve wanted for years, the work begins in the same place: Know the story you’re living. Then decide what you want to write next.
ORGANIZATIONS
Write the We
Culture is co-authored.
It is shaped in meetings, conversations, decisions, moments of pressure, and the countless interactions that happen every day.
Capella helps leaders and teams become more intentional about the story they are creating together, strengthening trust, connection, collaboration, and shared purpose.
Because when people feel seen, supported, and connected, they work differently.
Culture is created one interaction at a time.
First, write the Me. Then, write the We.
Working Title is Capella’s signature 90-minute storytelling experience designed to help you reflect on the moments, people, and themes that have shaped your story—and become more intentional about what you want to write next.
It begins with self-reflection, but it doesn’t end there. As stories are shared, reflection becomes connection. We see ourselves more clearly, understand one another more deeply, and remember that none of our stories are written alone.
