I combine my production experience with the science of well-being to nurture collaborative environments. My interests include positive leadership, stimulating engagement, fostering creativity and inclusion, building trust, emphasizing mattering, and sharing best practices around intergenerational dynamics. I have a Master of Philosophy in Organizational Dynamics and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and host the leadership podcast "When Is Now.” I also survey film industry members for well-being and share the data to create an optimized community.
