Mark is the founder and executive director of Trauma Informed where he provides strategic direction and acts as the lead instructor on trauma, posttraumatic stress, trauma-informed care, and posttraumatic growth. Mark is also the founding partner of Springlake Solutions LLC, where he offers expert advice, technical assistance, program design, and policy analysis to mission-driven organizations working in behavioral health and public safety; adjunct professor of political science at Towson University where he teaches an undergraduate course on the American legal system, and an assistant instructor of Implementing Positive Interventions in Institutions at the University of Pennsylvania Positive Psychology Center.
